Screw you, convention!

So my dad keeps saying things like "get a real job" and "work more hours" and "make more money". I get what he means. He's old fashioned: he thinks the only way to wealth is to work hard at a high paying job. He thinks that working less than 40 hours a week is lazy. His attitude has rubbed off on me. Good for you for taking charge and doing something to make your life better. Make sure you start your exercise program slowly, so you don't accidentally pull or strain something. Also, what kind of writing are you talking about? I have a Google group dedicated to writing and giving each other feedback; we mostly do fiction and screenplays, but if you'd care to join, I'm sure we could work with anything you'd care to contribute.

It's all non-fiction, sadly. I'm actually a little afraid to post it anywhere in case of plagiarism. That has happened to my fiction before and is infuriating. I'd rather hide it until it is done. When are you gonna start writing again, hmm? ;)

I am writing again! The group is useful for keeping me at it. I'm rewriting a long fantasy story that I started almost five years ago, and I have a pornographic short story in the works right now.
