Ok so... I just signed in to Pixiv this morning... and wanted to go get a link of the image that I made a response to (remember the Su-san image I made a few days ago? The original image I responded to was Tino in Berwald's uniform and belonged to another user

Oh woman, I doubt you offended them. And if you did, nuts to them. Your response to their image was a damn compliment! I can give them a reason to be offended if you want. ;)

Speaking of offended...what the HELL woman? I FINALLY show up to Aikido on Sunday and not just you is absent, but Elaine too! That's it, I'm tracking you two down now. The gloves are off!

OMG Adri, I was thinking to myself "I hope Adri didn't show"... I woke up at 4:30 am with a HUGE amount of heartburn and hunger pains... my stomach was acting up, so I had to do a night-snack run that kept me up until 5 am and then I figured there was no way I'd get to bed and actually get up the extra early for Aikido and just vetoed it. Which sucks because it was the LAST Sunday class until Sept.

Please don't kill me, you know I love you. ;)
Which reminds me- dude, we have GOT to co-ordinate more outings. Like for serious. I am SO totally digging the hanging out. And iris will be coming in August... so give me your free days ahead of time so we can plan! XD

Yah, I feel bad that i dind't get anythign for Pres becuase ti's clear that in his manly way, he is grunting and sais "i approve of you" and I want him to know I'm cool wiht him. BUT ADRI IS MY PIMP YO! XD

The stomach is good now! Wasn't yesterday- but the Madarine b-day meal I had in the evening made it ALLLL good. XD

I wouldn't freak out about it if I were you, no matter what the case. I know that some Japanese artists can react extremely negatively if they know that their work is being circulated by Westerners, so far as to refuse to sell to someone who looks western at Comiket. I also know that Pixiv artists can generate a lot of wangst... I know a guy who tried deleting his entire comic series when he found out it was being posted to Western imageboards.

But this situation doesn't sound so extreme. It was probably just a misunderstanding or an error of some kind. Besides, I kinda find the xenophobic attitude that some of those artists take to be more offensive than anything you could have possibly done. But maybe that's because I'm an uppity American. :P

I knew about all this crazy wack stuff to begin with- which is why I was freakin' out. but all ion all- I can't do anything about it, nor can I control what other's are going to do in reaction. One would think- if you had such an afrontment [is that a word?] to anything non-your culture, why stick it up on-line... were THE WHOLE WORLD CAN SEE IT.

But I dunno. I'm just an uppity Canadian, eh?
