shipping to Canada is $10 if you want tracking (U.S. Priority Mail), but if you don't want tracking I could probably do it cheap, like $5 for shipping. So either $25 or $20 depending on what kind of method you choose for the shipping. I can't trade right now cuz I'm broke and my clothes do NOT fit into my new room. Let me know! :)

3. Primark gorgeous dress. Primark is a British brand, so it's a size 10 in British sizing, which is equal to about a 4/6 in American sizing. This is brand new with tags and it also comes with straps so you can wear it strapless or not! It's completely lined with a slip and netting underneath. Asking $15 + shipping

What's the length (top to bottom) of this?

Did you measure from the top of the strap, or the top of the tube part? I'm just curious because I'm interested but I have a problem with dresses being too short on me.

SORRY i was totally thinking of the wrong dress in my last comment (I was thinking of the #10 dress in the comment above you)!! Totally disregard my last comment. THIS dress was measured just from the tube part because I never put the straps on. It definitely won't be too short unless you're like 6'7, haha. I'm 5'9 and it comes to my knees, i think. It's a very lovely dress and appropriate for a lot of occasions since it's not to short :)
