could you set your home temp a little higher permanently? You aren't running a fever or bleeding are you?

No fever or bleeding, I just tend to run cold in general.

And, this is our first winter in our new house - we always had a condo before, which was much easier to keep at the temp I like - and it's turning out to be much harder to keep the air temp as warm as I want without the furnace running nonstop.

Everywhere we've lived, Mr. F and I have always had the battle of the thermostat. He'd leave it at 60 permanently and I'd leave it at 75 if we each had our way! I do my best to layer up and keep active but this winter has been super cold too so it's been tough. I am ready for Spring!

I feel your cold pain. (The space heater is heating me as I type.) But I'm on blood pressure meds and aspirin, so that's why I feel the cold now. Used to be very hot blooded. Now I'm kinda untoasty warm blooded. lol

LOL! I used to run hot too - then I lost 135 pounds and my insulating layer of blubber. Who knew how warm my fat was actually keeping me?!
