Eli? Cass? Did one of Billy’s spells go down the wrong street or something? Hello?

[A long pause.]

Okay, guys. I’d expect this from Tommy, but not the rest of you. Where is everybody?

goodbye new york! hello the city!

Pretty soon your whole team is going to be here. This is hell and I'm being punished. Now I'm sure.

It's like you get randomly taken here against your will.

Because it's not a legitimate form of Anthony. Besides, that might get confusing if Hank Pym is around.

And that explains why climbing into a yellow cab suddenly turns it into square with a gigantic fountain in the middle?

I say we stick with Billy, Tommy and Teddy. Mainly because Tommy will be forever correcting us.

I could show you the math but quite frankly I don't think you'd understand.

I guess that's what we're stuck with then.

I think that with as much as my dad pays in tuition, I've learned enough math to understand anything you'd throw at me.

Don't make it sound like it's such a bad thing. I just don't want that new name rule to rub off on me. I like being Kate over Katherine.

I doubt it, but when you have the time I'm open to being pleasantly surprised.

Kate's a good name. When you're dealing with Billy, Tommy, Teddy, and Kate guess which one people are going to assume is the more mature?

Probably not anytime soon because we need to get back to New York as soon as possible.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say definitely not Tommy.

I'm working on it.

I knew you were a bright girl.

Think it's possible you can work a little faster?

That depends on how badly you want to be sure you'll end up back home and not anywhere else in any universe or time in existence.

Besides, apparently time doesn't pass back home while you're here.

It doesn't? So we can be sure that my dad won't flip his lid because I missed school every day this week?

It doesn't. Consider your truancy non-existent.

Can you write that on my report card when we get back? I just want to cover all my bases.

Just for making an effort to stay in school I will cover all sorts of bases for you.
