This is a boring post. The weather is blah (rain and overcast) my mood is blah and I feel blah (tired, haven't been sleeping well, fighting a cold). Because I had Monday off, the work week has been compressed to four days so I've been extra busy which is further proof that I must leave this job. Despite the good salary, I just feel like a slave

*throws you some anti-blah pills* What's your job? I wish I had a job. But being a slave isn't fun. Roberta (the girl i <3) feels like she is a slave too. and i hate people i care about feeling over worked stressed and bored of life. Maybe take some time out to go visit a city? or the ocean? if only it was that easy.

Thanks for the anit-blah pills! At least it's Friday so my mood has improved a bit. Have you seen Roberta since you got back? It's natural to feel like a slave with any kind of job, really. You just don't have a lot of freedom. I work at a firm that manages investments for wealthy clients and I work in the real estate end of the business (mostly commercial real estate). Pretty boring but the pay is good and I get to travel some, mostly to Chicago and New York. But business travel is not the same as vacation travel. I have a fantasy of renting a beach house and being there all alone.

No, I guess it's not the same, being away on business and being away for fun and freedom. Your job sounds really interesting. I'm jealous. You sound all worldly and experienced. And real estate. I heard its good pay. Reminds me of American Beauty hehe. Hmm i hope you get your beach house though. You will one day :)

you don't seem like a bitch to me! hehe and it'd be funny if he gets jealous..it's always fun doing that... oh and you should take a trip and come back to this area...i live in CT..i'm used to city life..when i spent 6 weeks in west virginia with my evil ex, i about died..i'm a total city girl lol. hope you feel better soon

Thanks, glad to hear I'm not a bitch! lol, but I don't mind making my boy just a little bit jealous. I miss Boston and NYC big time. The northeast has it's problems but it really is beautiful. Oh, West Virginia sucks, I agree.

ohio just seems like one of those places where you cant help but be bored in.I too love being in the city and near the beach...the beach is the best place to be id love to own beach property one day...ive heard of some beach houses in socal costing only 2,000 a month sounds too good to be true
