It's Christmas time in Hollis, Queens on livejournal. This means that, because I'm not already stupidly busy with projects both RL and not, I'm going to make an advent calendar of random girlslash pairings; one drabble a day until the New Year

HALLO!!

I've been living in the Land of Jetlag for a couple of weeks since we returned back so I might not have made much sense.

Consider me to be working on "KH" or "FFXII" ASAP ~ ! I just picked up the "FFXII" manga so I hopefully this will re-inspire me with regards to that (also: why is there hardly *any* "FFXII" girlslash?!?)

And yes, I totally *heart* the "Ring" and Sadako pairings in general! ^^ I've managed to complete one piece which I was really pleased with. One day I really am going to write something set during "Rasen" or "Ring 2" with Takano Mai.

I really love this series, for all its flaws; I even brought the game on the Dreamcast in which Sadako takes over the internets. It's awful but I like to think of it as a badge of just how dedicated I've become with this fandom! ^^

Yeah, how was your trip?

There's a FFXII manga? 'A' Why was I not informed?! (that's because there's barely any girlslash anywhere.)

I'm not really familiar with it; I watched the original Japanese movie and the ridiculously-shitty-but-funny-as-all-fuck English sequel, and that was a while ago. I've gotta watch it again now. D:

And also, dreamcast game wat.

It was teh awesome. Now we are forever broke and, despite this, aiming to save up again for next year.

I haven't got a link for the "FFXII" manga but I'll take some photos one night soon ~ I just picked it up at random in a bookshop on the way to somewhere or other. It's super cute though.

I guess it was to be expected that SE would start doing stuff like this after they started publishing manga but, having seen this and the "KH" manga, I'm all for it. ^^

I heart "the Ring" yet sadly I've never seen the English language remake/sequels ~ I've watched the original Japanese versions, the Korean remake, one of the TV series, read the books and the manga...but not the Hollywood films...one day I shall rectify this.

And the DC game...is just crack. Seriously. It has the *WORST* dub in the world, awful graphics, it handles like "RE" on valium and has a storyline about Sadako taking over the interwebs. It is *awesome*. (^_^)

Well, I don't know about writing a specific carol, but I was planning on writing a little KH-girly love to celebrate. 8D All of the yuri I've written has been pron, so it's high time I get some fluff on my resumé!
But yes. At any rate, if it's written, you'll see it. Repeatedly, since I always cross-post everything like mad. xD

And yes, December does rock! It might sound clichéd, but Christmas really is my favourite time of year!
