Please, please, let us know what we've missed during our hiatus. Recs are love. LJ only allows us to scroll back so far on the watcher list, so I know we missed stuff.
My co-mod and I are still discussing security for this comm, the writers and artists we rec, our watchers, and us mods. As of right now, I haven't friendslocked anything. This is in part because of time and RL issues, and in part because it's not a guarantee of safety anyway. I could friendslock every single entry here and at IJ, and a troll could ask to join and slip in under our radar. We may end up changing our minds on this policy. :)
But we're definitely concerned about security. If we link anything of yours that you'd rather not have linked for fear of LJAbuse-happy trolls, just drop us a comment and we'll take it off right away.
