This is so incredibly beautiful. I love the way you keep going back to the jar of blood. It keeps everything connected very well.

You write the characters as if you're inside their heads. I could feel every emotion that Angel goes through and it saddens me that he's losing Darla. They would have made a good family. I love Darla in this fic. She's so strong and good and yet, true to herself. Great job!

i wasn't sure if i was going to be able to pull that off because it got pretty confusing... when i first started on this story, the whole thing was in present tense, but when i kept getting confused, i decided to do all the jar stuff in present tense and the rest of it in past to keep it separate. and it actually worked! so yay. :D

this was gorgeous in a heart wrenching kind of way. you have such a great angel voice! i'm stunned. i don't think i've ever read a fic from angel's point of view that was just so...angel. and darla was fantastic.

i'm so glad that you liked my story! and i'm thrilled that you enjoyed my angel voice. almost all of my fanfic is angel-centric because he is by far my favorite character, so i try very hard to make him sound authentic. it's good to hear that my work has paid off. :)
