About three years ago, I started getting verbally harassed on Avenue A by young guys that were recent transplants or visitors to the East Village. The button-down and baseball cap type. I certainly don't get a sense they knew the neighborhood's history at all.

i like to call these button-down and baseball cap types "Bros" after the frat-boy, homophobic, intelligence-lacking, machismo male stereotypes that public universities churn out at alarming rates and place stmps of approval on.

a typical conversation of these types:
A: hey bro!
B: what's up bro?
A: nothing much bro...
B: hey bro wanna get drunk?
A: yeah bro, let's pick up some beer sluts!
B: awesome bro! check out my new Nelly ringtone!
A: sweet bro!
B: hey bro, let's go harass that fag over there...

i fuckin hate bros.

I'm still interested, definitely. :) I don't have the money available right this minute because they split my paycheck into two installments this month (and I just sank $1000 into a new camera), so I can understand perfectly if you can't wait and want to offer it down the line of interested buyers. If you can wait until I get the money, however, I will so take it off your hands!
