Ah, payday, and I spent all of 89p today! That must be a record.

The weekend flew, didn't really do much, spent most of Sunday watching Quincy on DVD! Ha. Classic television. Typed up some more fanfic, I just seem to only be able to write in short bursts at the moment, but I know I will get there in the end. Testing my own patience as much as ( Read more... )

Ha! I laughed out loud at my desk! Yes, Ronan's charity work is highly commendable, and it's not that he can't sing..I just can't bear all the covers, Iris being the final insult. I was a Boyzone fan in my teens, and I like those songs: for nostalgia, I guess, but I wouldn't go near any of his music now.

So..Carrick to United and to wear No 16. Any thoughts? And they're talking about Vieira too. It would be so weird for me to see a legend of my Arsenal era donning the Man U shirt.

I know you support Man U and I support Arsenal, so can we agree that the common enemy is Chelsea? ;)

I'm not happy about the Carrick thing to be honest. I certainly don't think he was worth the amount of chasing that was done for him. But Ferguson makes me scratch my head these days. The majority of his decisions don't make sense. I think Carrick mainly got 16 coz there was no other one to get but it's sad to see someone else in that jersey. Wouldn't mind so much if it was someone world class like Viera, but Carrick isn't fit to lick Keane's boots.

And of course you're right about Chelsea. I'm so glad Damien Duff left them, now I can like him again. Hee.

I'm on MSN yeah we must chat. I haven't used it in ages actually.
