It's the new conversation opener here, but it's a good one! (Dare I say an ice breaker?) I'm finding everyone has a story to tell, and we can all bond over the horribleness of insurance companies rather than the banks for a change.

Not at all. The downstairs car park flooded, but most of our offices are upstairs.
