I'm stressed about Travis. He messed his back up at work yesterday and now he's taking a few days off. I read all kinds of online stories about how walmart screws people over when they are hurt so I'm very pessimistic about it all. They already told him they aren't responsible. His back is better though!!! So theres a plus.

Glad he's feeling better. I've been through the Worker's Compensation gauntlet with several of my friends, and my ex wife. If they didn't want to be bothered with an accident report, he should have reported that to the authorities. That is an abuse of power, and Wal-Mart needs to cut down to size.

I'll have to check that out for my state. I live in Kentucky :)
But Travis really is too nice of a guy to start anything. He already has Marfan's syndrome (nothing to do with his back problem) but he could probably get insurance or help with that but he doesn't, he just wants to work for his money.
