Okay, I get that the first floor of the library is a "quiet zone" rather than a "silent zone", in that low volume chattering is allowed, and you can even answer your cellphone if you want, as long as the ringer is on silent. But playing music out of your computer? NOT OKAY. Tapping out rhythms on the desk shared with 3 other people you don't know?

I agree! Like wtf! Today I was in the middle quiet. First floor is talking aloud, second floor is whispering, third floor is make noise and die. So I'm on the 2nd floor and the guy sitting next to me is whistling. It was the most annoying thing ever.
