I did a lot of baking yesterday. In my house, Nanaimo Bars were always a Christmas time treat, due to the amount of work involved in making them. At least, I think that's half the story. The other half being that my Grandma would only make them for my mom around xmas too. So it's kind of carrying on the tradition. I don't care what you all say,

Though, now i have enough baking to last for like three months, I'm not sure I need to make any now.
