we finally found a house that we love. its almost perfect. besides finishing the basement (which wont be for a few years), putting in a pantry in the kitchen, and painting our bedroom there isnt much else to do it. so we wrote an offer and after some negotiations, it was accepted. now we have the home inspection this week which i hope goes smoothly
