In the second paragraph, "Cualquier coche dejó" should be "dejado." I don't think "trasladado" is the verb you're looking for either -- just saying the car will be moved should get the message across.

I think "desde las 2:00" might be more idiomatic than "a las 2:00," but either way, it'll probably get the point across.
