OK, not a native speaker and I don't have a dictionary with me, but I did catch a few things. "El Junio 14" should be "el 14 de junio." (Days and months are not capitalized.) I don't think you need the "que," in that first sentence, and "negociar" means "to negotiate" -- perhaps the word you're looking for is "conducir" (to drive)?

In the second paragraph, "Cualquier coche dejó" should be "dejado." I don't think "trasladado" is the verb you're looking for either -- just saying the car will be moved should get the message across.

Thanks so very much! This is a huge help. Where I was blanking on words, I was depending on freetranslation.com, which left me with some bizarre suggestions that I knew looked wrong. I think I'm so stressed at the moment I'm just not thinking about the simplest words here.

That sounds good to me, although I'm hopelessly mixed up about when you use "por" and "para," so I hope somebody whose Spanish is better than mine comes along.

I think "desde las 2:00" might be more idiomatic than "a las 2:00," but either way, it'll probably get the point across.
