Such a great insight to where Vala was coming from. It is nice to see her be able to humble Daniel a bit. This fic is just another reason to love these two so much!

I loved how you tied her past with Quetesh into how it affects her and her relationship with Daniel. Very touching and sweet :)

Fantastic fic. I had to read it twice to take everything in. I love the Vala/Quetesh analysis. I love Daniels growing understanding and emotion. Basically I loved it.

Frankly, I can't call it an analysis, but I want to give another perspective to the situation. Because I feel like sometimes people forgetting where she was coming from.

I've always thought Qetesh as a love and fertility goddess, but recently on Wiki I found an article stating that she isn't actually a fertility goddess like Hathor, or the others. She and Min represent the sexual prowess, and stating that she is a sex goddess.
And I think Desire, Lust, Passion pretty much sum up what she is.
