shipping for you on #1 would be US$4.50 total (shipping + packaging).

as for the kat-tun calendar, depends on who i guess? i'd have to calculate how many pictures there are (and if you'd like group pictures also). i'm really hesitant to do this though because i'd like to sell it whole.

#4 has not been used. it's been on display out of the box, but not on an actual cell phone. also, the box has a dent in it, but is still totally presentable.
