Oh sure! Just click the [下载(1.69G)] button there (make sure that the page has finished loading or else the dialog box won't appear) and when a dialog box appears with the words, "文件下载 GINTAMA_GINMAKUZENYAMATSURI_2013.mp4", click the gray button [普通下载].
