It is 26cm, which is slightly larger than the Megahouse Gintoki. Shipping to US should cost around 15-20 USD.

Hi, I have updated the post with my email in case you want to ask any questions. For the shipping date, this is a preorder, and the figure will only be released in March 2013, subject to any delays on the producer's side. Once I get it, I will inform you and I will ship it out within the week by airpost. You can choose for a tracked parcel which will cost 2USD more. The parcel should reach in around 1 week.
