I recently realized that there's this one Gintama doujinshi scanlation that's not available anymore:

Yorozuya scans is still active... They're trying to reupload everything. Be patient ^^ I think if you send a PM to the maintainer, he would reupload it for you more quickly.

Totally missed that they were still active since their post don't display the posting date XD
