Early Midday observation

So because I'm avoiding studying for my upcoming exams quite bored, you get more than one post a day.

aww... that's cute. i never started sewing until after i moved out of my mom's house (with the exception of needlepoint).

you've done a wonderful job with your sewing. it's a skill that will help you all through your life. enjoy it!!

It's strange to think of it really; I knew I'd had a long time fascination with sewing my own clothes (I used to 'design' clothing when I was about 11/12. Now I'm really sad I can't find any of the stuff I thought up anymore...) so that was as far back as I know... And than I remembered the sewing machine and... Well... Yeah. Apparently I've been fascinated with clothing and sewing all my life without even knowing?
I'm really glad I took the initiative to find and start a sewing course.

Haha I'm sure it will too. If only because the ability to sew and thus mend clothing will spare me loads of money that would otherwise be spend on buying my and future kids new clothing.

I have a pretty non-conventional figure (short and broad, with less waist than the usual woman) and a pretty critical and 'different' taste in clothing. Sewing will help.
