3. That's Gunha Sogiita/Captain Japan from To Aru Majutsu no Index. He's a minor character that runs around the city fighting crime and claiming to be a superhero and he's a possibly a parody of stereotypical shounen heroes.

6. That's from All-Star Batman and Robin, and if you know anything about that infamously bad comic, that should be enough of an explaination ffft. If you've heard of the whole "I'M THE GODDAMN BATMAN" thing, it's right around that scene.
