I'm just glad that I have a coordinator to give me information that would help me, even both of us know she can't buck the system.

She's kinda flighty, but she's been there in quite a few situations.

Cookie-cutter medical treatment sucks. Been there, done that. Not organ replacement, but broken bones and such. We both know it's no fun, though. :(
