Insane Lego Deals in the US

Heads up! Sadly I can't take advantage of this, but people stateside can. Gamestop.com has some crazy good deals on Harry Potter Lego right now. Even if you haven't got a store near you, chances are decent you do have a store that does price matching (I believe Target does that). They're offering the Hogwarts Express for $24, the Clock Tower for $

Well, if I'd managed to get to this post sooner, I MAY have had a tiny chance. There are none available in AZ or So. CA. I checked. My own stupidity. I thought you meant on the Lego website. Oh well, hopefully there will be another one soon.

Not sure how price matching works near you, but sometimes if you can point to a store (even online) with a lower price, a second store will match it / beat it by a penny. I just turned on the VPN and checked, and there are definitely still interesting sets available for "store pickup" <- that may disqualify it for price matching though. Understandably, I'm less up to date on American shops, but a forum I occasionally scan had reports of people getting Target to match the price. (which: *dies of envy*)

Ohhhhh, now that's an idea!!! I'll try it later when the stores open. Keep your fingers crossed it works! if I can get something dirt cheap, wonder how hard it would be to ship it to you? If there's anything you'd like? Never done this before, so don't have a clue how to.

Target says they don't price match on lego, so very bummed. trying gamestop customer service to see if I can get them another way. Also going to try walmart, but no idea if it will work. Those prices would have been Perfect for my limited budget. sigh.

If I can find them, maybe you'd like some too? No idea how to do it, honestly not even sure how you got one sent to me??? I've actually not shipped anything before, is that weird? I've ordered stuff, but not the other way around.

Ooh... I won’t be getting any for myself, but this post, Ginger, is a reminder to me to look for jungle LEGO sets for my oldest nephew. Getting that holiday shopping done as early as possible!

Unfortunately I expect it might be more of a mess shopping this year than ever. 😕 People trying to avoid stores, stores trying to get people in, the post in a hopeless disarray... Good luck with it.

The Lego store itself has another special on right now where they include a free retro car with qualifying purchases. (I don't even like cars and I think it's dead pretty.) I think it's a reissuing of a st from the 90's. (I like when they do that.)
