I *LOVE* that's that's at least the second time in the series he's said that... the other being the ep where Dan & Serena split up after her binge night.

My other fave scene with Chuck is also from that ep, coincidently... when Blair calls his cell and he answers, 'Are you drunk dialing me AGAIN?'. Which of course begs the hilarious question... when was Blair drunk dialing him? lol

Oh yeah I think he's said it several times. Love it!

I think she might have drunk dialed him on the night of the masquerade party, where Nate didn't find her by midnight, and she went to the burlesque club...but I don't know if she was drunk. I loved it when she and Chuck were texting each other nonstop in that one episode! Chuck and Blair are so much fun when they're either involved or conspiring to tear someone down socially.
