As of today I have lost exactly 10,1 kilos (about 20 pounds) since I started. It's been slow the past month as I couldn't exercise for a while due to my cough and with all the emotions going on, there has also been a lot of chocolate. But even if it's slower, I have still steadily lost weight ( Read more... )

Thanks. Now I can see it- for the longest time I couldn't see any difference, but now I notice, which make sit nicer. :-)

Well, I'm getting some help- I got a medication that keeps my appetite down and my metabolism up. I started to get dangerously close to diabetes, so I felt I really had to do something about it. But I eat what I usually eat, just not as much. And ride my exercise bike for at least 15 minutes every day. My goal is to keep those kilos OFF now. :-)
