She took over an existing character and modified it until it looked like herself:

Checking myself in the mirror above the bar, I made a few alterations to my appearance. The blond in the black dress I had usurped took on my own features, red hair, green eyes and creamy skin. The dress became red, the hem a little higher and the neckline a shade lower. To finish it off, I concentrated and now was wearing a red ribbon with a silver heart shaped pendant. What better bait for the Thief of Hearts?

Ah, okay, I get it now. See, for some insane reason I read that as them swapping looks, not her taking someone over. And jeez, do I feel like an idiot. d'oh! >.< So, question number two - Did Remy realize what was happening, or did I totally imagine that?

He recognized her in the dream, and her presence changed the script. So I think he's aware at some level.

How aware, I don't know...Though I seriously doubt that he'd be offended or angry...Not Remy. LOL
