I'm pretty new at drawing pcb art with eagle. Does anybody see anything horribly wrong with this board? ... the labels are a little cluttery

Hmm... you're right it is a little heavy on the vias. Thanks for the advice!

Trace size

Make your trace sizes bigger, where possible. This will ensure good low-impedance connections. If you're going to drill the board yourself, make the pads for the LEDs bigger.

You can optimize the component layout to remove vias and awkwardly routed traces.
