Holy cow! You can import sagrine pupae?? Can I ask where you found them? (we're desperate for pupae of entimine "opal" weevils over here but I haven't been able to find anyone who grows 'em yet)

You can get them here. It appears they do ship internationally. :)

I bought some Madagascar Moon Moths from them last year.

Thanks for the link! I'll keep an eye out for weevil availability.

The idea of importing live insects through an international commercial dealer is totally nuts to me (at least, since moving here)-- Australia's always on super arthropod lockdown, with heavy regulations even on dead, pinned insects. On the other hand, we have native sagrines already so I suppose we can grow our own. :)

Well yeah Australia is the land of the Cane Toad.

I once had someone ask me if anything eats giant centipedes, since they're so poisonous and vicious and large that it is unlikely they have predators. I said "yup. The Cane toad." I think that says it all.

edited for multiple typos. :P

The colours are amazing! And I have no idea what colour they will be until they hatch. It'll be like a insect pack of Smarties lol.
