A shop called Liberty Bell and the cookies are from Weinholts.

I feel like I should know where that is, as a Chester resident for a year. Getting nostalgic now. Whereabouts?

On the bridge street row. Liberty Bell only opened last year I think though, so you could be forgiven for not knowing. ;)

As for weinholts chester has 3 of them, but I refuse to eat there because I once saw a woman drop something on the floor and then put it back on display. D:

there's a bit of that around here too. But I just avoid it. My favorite display I've seen is one with a giant fake tarantula. I haven't taken pics of it yet though.
