A Paradise of Birds

With excellent photographs here. I've seen all these species in the wild apart from the Honey Creeper.

I bet yobubba has seen all of them.

I love the bittern noise.

A Tiger Heron once waltzed across our backyard and the dog went insane. He ignores most birds so it was unusual.

Oops I should clarify- locally it's also known as the Tiger Bittern.

Aren't there a bajillion living in and around the vicinity of Hampton Court? Escaped pets, breeding wild.

Or are those parakeets?

Those are Ring-Necked Parakeets and they are much, much smaller.
