Today is the first day of my four-day weekend of cleaning and dissertating. I slept for eleven hours last night and had some strikingly vivid dreams this morning. fiendish_thingy even appeared in one of them to my delight and surprise. I didn't do too horrible on the test, but I thought I would have gotten worse. How can you seriously just stop at one slice of toast with nutella? XD I stopped buying it after I realized that it took me two days to eat the entire jar, haha. That cape is adorable by the way~

That's a nice cape - I'd be tempted myself.

And yes, I know how that creative process goes. But at some point you will reach the moment when it's all there, just waiting for you to put it on paper.

I almost never do outlines, which is why I'm finding it so fascinating that this is how I'm processing now. Perhaps because it's a much larger project than others.

Yes, it would be gorgeous in grey. Alas, this is the only color available. It's on sale, too. End of season clearance. They had a rather nice one earlier in the season that was black with some embroidery. But I didn't get it.

I've no idea why, but their line of "outerwear" capes (as opposed to knit wraps and ponchos) is only available in the UK and not in the States.

Lust layer. Niiiice.

That bit of outerwear is what happens when a cape and a poncho have a baby. You totally need that.
