I simply loved the body language between Zoe, Zane & Jo at the end of this. The descriptions you wrote of how Jo leans into him and where he put his hand was just wonderful.

You did an excellent job with this ficlet and I couldn't help but grin, nod and agree with Jo's statement that the Carters will yet be the death of her & especially Zane's comment about Lucas pulling a Fargo. *g*

I really liked this. Of course, now that tonight's ep has aired I'm a very happy Zane/Jo shipper, and this just made my night (well, other than the fact that there was a new Eureka ep). Well done.

I know, that ep made me a very happy shipper too-- except the look he has on his face in the cafe could spell trouble for them considering his behavior in S2 when he sorta failed at being a good boyfriend at first. :-/

Its been hard to find anything related to Jo & Zane... but this was one of the very few fics I've found and it was AMAZING! You're captured them perfectly and I do hope ***beg*** that you'll write more of them! Thanks for such a great read!

Nice. I especially like that he puts his hand just above her gun.

See, this is the kind of het I'm ok with - I ship the pair in question, no sex, and nicely understated. Understated's probably not the word I want - it's not sickeningly sweet or mushy. (Unless John Hart's involved, I avoid het!sex like the plague.)

I don't know what I'll do with them next (although I just did another tag) but I do think she's been using those handcuffs on him quite often. (and he *likes* it.)

I didn't think of that, that letting him around her gun could equate with trust, but it totally fits. (I was thinking more like 'love Jo, love her gun'.) V. nice.

Hee, I'd question his sanity if he didn't like it when she breaks out the cuffs (and definitely call out of character *g*). Ok, I'd read Zane/Jo handcuff fic - read the foreplay and skip the actual sex bit.
