Looks great! I just have one question. In the Channel Mixer part, when I put in the 173.3 setting under Green, it makes my icon look waaaaay too green. I moved it down to 73.3 and it looked much better.

Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't add this to the original post, but make sure that Preserve Luminosity is checked when the Channel Mixer box pops up. Is that better?
