Dream 11 || Misery Business

[That's a lot to take in. Kairi stares for a moment, unsure of what to know, knowing full well that she's seen something personal.]

S-... Shiki?

[The video feed switches on again after a few minutes, still showing Shiki pretty much passed out on the floor of her bedroom. Sorry Kairi. She won't be able to answer you.]

[gangstaspeak]

[Beat doesn't even comment on that dream because, geez Shiki. Again?]

Yo! Yo, Shiki!

[gimme_ur_pants]

[The video comes back, showing that she's shivering from the cold. She comes to after a while but just barely. Shiki opened her mouth to reply but a coughing fit comes out instead.]

[gangstaspeak]

[That's... not good.]

Crap. Hey, you home this time, right?!

[She moans, trying her hardest to keep herself warm, her face was definitely flushed. She gives a nod, but her expression was contorted like she was in great pain. And out comes another coughing fit.]

Beat...

[this one was...much less pleasant than the last one. Isabelle frowns slightly, the expression lingering as she watched Shiki drop to the ground. She tries for humor, concern still audible in her tone:]

...you know, if I didn't know better, I'd start to think you were clumsy. Or sick. Are you okay?

Isa-- [Cough cough.] --belle...

[She shivers again, curling her body into a ball.]

H-hey. That's not a good sign. What a time to not have Hodge around...

Do you need a doctor or something?

Ugh... Yeah.

[And trying to sit up and grabbing the blanket that's sprawled all over her bed in order to keep herself warm.]

[Coughs.] Thanks.

Shi-Shiki!

( he has a lot in his mind about the dream, but considering what else is happening he doesn't bother to comment on it. to worried about the other things currently happening. )

[Thankfully by the time Shiki answered hope, she was sitting on the floor of her bedroom, her back against the bed. She had successfully wrapped the blanket around herself but she's still shiver.]

I-I'm okay Hope...

[She faces away from the camera in order to let out another cough.]

( and he's calmed down a little himself by the time he answers back, though worry is still etched into his features. )

If you're sure. ( a frown, vaguely wondering if there's anything he can do. but he really doesn't know if his cure spells would be of any help. ) Oh, um, it's good to see you up again.

Yeah... it's good to see you-- [And here comes some static.]
