It has snowed a fair bit. I'm working from home today. My center manager kindly puts out a "snow" email whenever we get weather so that the 90% of people in our office who work for managers elsewhere can document the need not to drive into the office to work. You speak of this as though it doesn't happen now. Sadly, this is my life now -- no PTO, no sick time, no snow days, no overtime pay, and DEFINITELY no working from home...so having the bad weather hit at the same time as a bad cold really sucked these past two days.
