Kids and cancer... some things transcend national borders, don't they. Australian elections in all likelihood will be later this year, and education and health look like being the two biggest issues here too.

Health, education, environment, immigration are the biggies this year. It's hotting up to be quite an interesting one this time.

I suppose they're the key issues everywhere, tbh. Here it's every oarty claiming the NHS is 'safe in our hands'. I posted the link for the Who connection though, rather than the politics. I'm trying to steer away from general discussion of the election in my LJ since it has a tendency to attract drama. Do. Not. Want.
