...Of walking a mostly-blind dog in wet snow in the almost-dark when school's turning out.

Almost an inch deep now. Buggerbuggerbugger.

We're still planning to drive back to Withnell tomorrow - srzly, they're going to have to close the M62 to stop us, we are so ready to be home already!

I will think of you as I ski down the wheelchair ramp and wade through two feet! of snow to get to my car today.
I can't find my snow boots either...poohie
Seriously, be careful driving if you decide to go home.

*eta Because no amount of caffeine seems to help my brain function today. Maybe I should stay home and make soap.

I would indeed be very careful driving if I were, having no license. ;o)

It's the very steep, ice-coated hill we have to get up and down that's the biggest obstacle, then the motorway across the Pennines with bumper to bumper trucks doing 80mph chucking dirty slush in our faces with driving snow reducing visibility to that of thick fog - that worries me most when it snows.
