There are better, prettier formats to upload in but I did them all in windows media player expressly so that 90%+ of people with a computer could easily download and play them. It's the easiest thing in the world - just click on the link, you'll get a window asking if you want to watch or download it to your disc - make your choice then press OK and it'll start downloading.
