I am so glad no one burned to death in that van!

It was terrifying to see it. Like a special effect, only not.

It's always memorable to see a flaming vehicle at the side of the road.
I love the place names. Chirk. I want to go to Chirk.

Chirk is charming
and has a
rather nice castle
. Like most border towns it has two names - it is also Y Waun. ("The Moor")
If you like names, it's quite close to Rhosllanerchrugog. Not a name to embark on speaking lightly.

Sounds like you had an interesting weekend. The van engulfed in flames seems like something out of an action movie. Hopefully no one was hurt.

I found no news media references to it, which suggests to me that it was only the vehicle that was damaged.

Glad your mom's doing better.
Wow, a flaming car - seeing that would have freaked me out a little. Hope no one was hurt.

I am glad to hear that your Mum is not too bad. And pleased to hear of motor-way drivers doing something sensible in bad weather.
I've seen a car on fire like that, once, too; it somehow doesn't look quite real, does it?
