I haven't posted for a while, for which I apologise. I've been a swot, basically - yesterday was the deadline for my penultimate essay for the MA course.

I hate the fiddly last stage, formatting, proofreading, checking all the citations. The rest is mostly great fun.

As for Mum, I'm most concerned the doctors won't let her go back home. :-(

Fascinatingly, though, there are some unexpected facts about English witches.

That takes me back. I have some vague memories of writing an essay about witchcraft in Elizabethan England at university. All to do with people feeling guilty about not helping the elderly...or something. Also unlike Scotland and mainland Europe very little belief in actual Satanism, just a lot of dead cows.

I'm fine but not updating very much due to either too much or too little to say! Have a lovely holiday :)
