Just could not bear to throw away the bits of seedless watermelon that had started to dry out in the fridge--it was sweet and yummy when it was fresh but admittedly past it's prime today. Have a lovely batch of watermelon sorbet just about ready to come out of the churn right now--mmmmmm!

Ooooh, that sounds so yummy.
I really must buy an ice cream churn one of these days.

It came out delish. I just couldn't bear to throw out that watermelon. It still tasted good, it just looked---well you know how it kinda dries out around the cut edges and kids think it's untouchable.
