Like always.
And, like always, people were piling into the bar, obviously trying to get shit-faced. Though Tidus would have been more than happy to join the happy-go-lucky people, he knew work was work, and he also knew that he had to help out Yuna at home. Not that… she needed help, but…
“You’re always popular,” he muttered to his fellow worker. She looked busy, and the man obviously knew her, but…
“Hey,” he said. “She’s a little busy, man. Can I help you?”

Ahhhh, that was perfect. Instead of a dolly bird with a low-cut top and a come-to-bed smile, he got the fairy boy with too much fake tan. Not that he thought Tidus was a bad guy, he'd seen him around a bit, especially recently in the bar, and he was a pretty cool guy... but still, he would've loved a bit of eye candy.
Tidus was just... ehh... not his style.
"Yeah, man, uhhh... somethin' wiv' vodka in it, I don' really mind what, so s'prise me, yeah?" He offered a bit of a wink, reaching into his back pocket for his cash.

He was completely through with hitting on guys, anyway.
"Here," Tidus said, pushing a cup toward Reno. It was a simple mix, since he knew Reno well enough to say that the first drink would not be the last, and it probably didn't matter very much. Sigh. He hoped someone interesting would show up.
"Yeah, like that's going to happen," he muttered quietly to himself, glancing away. "With my luck it'll be Seymour."
Yeah, he really wasn't feeling tonight at all.
Maybe Tifa would let him drink until he puked and give him the night off.
... Probably not.

Stepping into the bar filled with many patrons already, his suit was enough to give him a place at the bar, only a few seats down from the redhead in fact. With a flick of his wrist forward, he motioned to the barmaid for something to drink.
"A scotch on the rocks, if you please," he said in his calm, accented voice, betraying no other emotion then pure cool and collected.

Turning to the ebony-haired Wutaian, Reno grinned.
"Bossssss-maaaaaaan... hey! Finally found yer sense 'a socialness, eh?" He wasn't sure Tseng even knew what a bar was, let alone that the Seventh Heaven existed. It was about time he dragged Tseng out for a piss up... wanker hadn't even been at his birthday bash.
"What finally made ya yank the stick outta yer ass an' come join me fer a drink, then, eh??"

"Reno, your insults are getting rather the same, aren't they," he said before taking another drink. "Is it unacceptable for a man to go out and get a drink after a hard week at work?"
A bemused expression followed that, his lips upturned slightly as he glanced over at the redhead.

"Heyyyy, if I didn' know better, I'd say ya had a date, but..." He sniggered, softly, but playfully.
Receiving the snakebite, he took a sip, shivering a little at the strong taste. "Mmm. So. How's shit?"

She spotted three familiar faces at the bar. Tidus seemed to look a little tired due to the crowdedness. She frowned a little and walked up. She noticed Reno immediately, with his shock of red hair. And was that.. Tseng. Aeris ducked her head a little. She had only spoken to Tseng once and they hadn't been on the best of terms. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad.
She took a seat at the front a couple of spaces away from the two Turks in case they were having a private conversation. She turned her head and smiled at them both. "Good evening Reno, Mr.Tseng." She nodded politely to the dark haired man.
She grabbed a small menu and looked down at it, she wondered if they sold milkshakes here.

"Yo, sis!" he called out, smirking a bit. Wow. Aeris was here before Rude. That was pretty fucking funny, when ya thought about it...
"Where's cueball? Don' tell me... he's stayin' at home doin' hosuework, an' yer comin' out fer a drink, eh?"
Oh man. He was so getting teased about this tomorrow. End of.

He couldn't help but smirk at his remark about Rude however, knowing that if it got back to the man, Reno would be in serious trouble. That was all a part of the fun of it though.
"Are you waiting for someone, or here for yourself?" he couldn't help but ask, shaking the liquid in his glass a little as he half turned to look at her.
