Don't worry, it's your first week and you are totally allowed to make mistakes. After all you're just human and you've just started to work there. You can't know everything by heart right now and I'm sure your co-workers and your boss know that. *nods*

about the crying thing.....i guess it's because it was never what I wanted in life my beofre the whole sexuality thing started. It was okay for other people but i never thought my life would go in that direction. Does that makes any sence?

I really think you shouldn't try to adhere to society's tendency to label people as "gay," "straight," or "bisexual." Just be who you are. If society doesn't have a label for you, then so be it, you know? =)
