This is another of your horror books that sound really intriguing - so much so that I find myself wondering if I would enjoy this and there are so many elements that I know I do like.

I'm glad it didn't let you down.

I think you would. It doesn't hit you over the head with the horror. It's subtle, yet you know it's there.

And if not this one, maybe one of his Merrily Watkins mysteries.

I did actually try a sample of this yesterday. I'm sorry to say, but I really did not like his writing style, not my cup of tea. I couldn't even finish the sample :-(

That's too bad, but I suppose he's not for everyone. Hopefully, the next book recommendation will work out.

Which isn't always a good thing. There have been some that King recommended that I didn't care for. But I do agree with him this time!
