I don't know what good it'll do here, but I figured I'd put the word out that one of my roommates is moving out at the end of September. Up for grabs will be a pretty decent sized room in beautiful(?) Lower Allston. $475 a month (utilites included). So if anyone you know is looking for a place, let 'em know.
