Superbowl and Sleepiness

I just returned from a Superbowl party where I ate and drank too much and now I am sleepy.

I was kind of sorry Carolina didn't win and my heart goes out to venetianglass as I know she was rooting for them too

You know, I'm amazingly okay. I'm sad - but not in a bad way. I'm proud of my team for getting this far. At the beginning of the season, no one (in or out of Charlotte) believed they'd get to the Super Bowl. I mean, it's the Super Bowl. Who'd a thunk it? It was a great game, and they didn't roll over for the Pats. So I'm happy.

And best of luck to the Giants next year!

Thank Merlin, Nascar starts up in another week and spring training will open up in less than two weeks.
