He's finally done it. After several years of talking about it, my husband purchased a big screen for the living room. He got a crazy deal on it, so I am not complaining about the money, but OMGWTF HUGENESS! This in addition to the big truck of doom... *sigh

Back when it was on, my sister and I would record House of Carters and threaten her husband with bodily harm and possibly death if he so much as entertained the thought of deleting it before we watched it.

I think that's probably the most abnormal thing that was ever regularly recorded...

I think that urge must actually be hidden somewhere on the X chromosome, because I love those TVs so huge they blow your hair back when you really pump the sound.

The one I got for my apartment last year stopped all the guy friends in their tracks. It was bigger than anything they owned with REALLY good sound. I could almost see them drooling. :D

And I have a weakness for Kim Possible and silly movies on Disney channel. :D

My roommate and I have a season pass for Oprah. It's not as if we actually watch Oprah every day, but we love watching the dumb people (we're totally into the debt diet), some of the movie previews are interesting, and my roommate loves anything medical that winds up on there.

And we have a season pass to CSI: Miami on A&E - I can't let it go by without mocking the writing, or David Caruso, but that's entertaining in itself and we'll gladly take Ryan when we can't get Jake Gyllanhaal :)

I miss my DVR. *sigh* Dish Network won't work with Tivo, so we can't use our DVR. I can't wait until we could use it again.
